  THE IMPROVED REWARDS PROGRAM IS NOW HERE!

If you already have an Office Needs web account, you'll need to activate it on the new Rewards Program to be able to redeem rewards!

You're almost there!

Before we can get you started, you'll need to choose a 'main' admin user to be in charge of rewards.
They'll be automatically set up with the power to redeem rewards, and we'll use their details as our point of contact for any important information or updates as they happen.

Regardless of who you choose to be your rewards administrator, every user tied to your company account will earn rewards points with any orders they place.
Any points earned are all collected into one overall company pool, shared by all users on that company account.

Because every company is at least a little bit different, how each member of your team can interact with those points is largely up to you.

For larger teams with lots of users, we'd recommend limiting the ability to redeem points for rewards to just your admin user, or a small number of users.
That way if you've got your eye on one of the higher value rewards, you don't need to worry about your carefully saved points constantly disappearing because the team downstairs keep redeeming them on packs of biscuits instead!
Equally, there's no limit to how many of your other users can be set up to be able to spend points if you prefer.

Don't worry if you're not sure exactly how those powers are going to be shared right away - whatever you choose on the adjacent form, the ability to spend points can be retroactively enabled or disabled on any user at any time. Just ask our team to get a new user activated, and then they'll get access to redeem your points via the Rewards panel!
