Delivery
Our delivery days are Monday – Friday.
We do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
We deliver to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
We can also deliver to the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly but delivery charges and delivery times may be different to our standard conditions - please ask a member of the sales team on 01268 524624.
Orders for the UK Mainland received by 5pm (Monday - Friday) will be delivered the next business day. Orders received for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland will be delivered within two business days.
Orders received after 5pm will be delivered within two business days.

If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within the stated period we will contact you at our earliest possibility to arrange a new delivery date. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within the stated period, you may cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund.
The cost of delivery is Free for orders of £45.00 (ex. VAT).
Orders below £45.00 (ex. VAT) are charged a small delivery contribution of £4.50 + VAT (£4.20 gross delivery charge).
Please note some larger goods including furniture, safes and some electrical goods sometimes take a little longer to deliver. If you have any questions regarding your delivery date you may call the sales team on 01268 524624.
Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your order of supplies.
However, in the unlikely event that the product is faulty or if you change your mind and do not wish to keep any part of your order, you have the right to request a product return. You have 14 days from the point of sale to contact us about your return, and a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Unfortunately, we have to make exceptions for perishable items such as food and drink, CDs, DVDs and software if the wrapping has been broken, and bespoke or personalised items.
If you are returning a product because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product code, please be aware that we cannot refund your original delivery charge, and you will be liable to pay for the cost of returning the goods to us.
