We want holding an account with us to be rewarding in as many ways as possible – so as well as our fantastic Rewards programme, we also offer a Low Price Promise to all our account holding customers!
How does it work?
As long as you hold an account with us, you can simply get in touch whenever you find an applicable price you want us to match (see below for full terms).
Just forward details of the store where you have seen the product, the product name and the advertised price. (A link to the product on the website would be helpful). We will then try to verify the price match, and respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm).
We can only offer our Low Price Promise at the time of order, it cannot be offered retrospectively.
What we can match?
The product you want us to price match must be identical (same brand, pack size etc), and must be brand new, in its original packaging and undamaged.

The competitor (whose price you want us to match) must have the item in stock, and ready for delivery.

Delivery and other service conditions (e.g. guarantees) must be comparable. For example, the same delivery time and length of guarantee should be offered.

All relevant delivery charges will also be factored into the comparison.

Certain types of products unfortunately have to be excluded: computers and tablets; barcoding and labelling equipment; photocopiers, printers, scanners and some of their consumables.

We can't offer our Low Price Promise if the competitor's price is below our cost price - unfortunately, we can’t match every offer out there!

We also can't price match if a competitor’s price is lower than ours due to an error on their part (such as typographical errors or system failure).
Whose prices do we match?
- Our Low Price Promise applies to UK-based businesses who primarily deal in office supplies.
- The competitor you want us to match has to be physically based in the UK and deliver to UK addresses.
- The competitor you want us to match cannot be in administration or closing down.
Don’t forget – if you’re not a customer, you’re missing out on special prices for your frequently ordered products.
